Assessments

Adult ADHD

Rate: $1,050

Additional hours billed at $150/hour if required

A comprehensive diagnostic ADHD assessment designed to clarify attention, executive functioning, and related mental health factors.

Includes approximately 7 hours assessment time:

  • 1.5-hour intake and clinical interview

  • 1 hour of mental health and psychosocial assessment

  • 2 hours of ADHD and cognitive functioning assessment

  • Take-home assessment and additional respondent forms

  • Diagnostic letter

  • Disability Tax Credit documentation when clinically indicated

Optional Add-On:

  • Full written cognitive functioning report with full assessment results (+$300)

Child & Adolescent ADHD

Rate: $1,050

Additional hours billed at $150/hour if required

Designed for children and teens who may be experiencing attention, learning, emotional regulation, or behavioural challenges impacting school and daily life.

Includes:

  • Parent/caregiver intake and developmental history

  • Child clinical interview (age-appropriate)

  • Cognitive and ADHD-specific testing

  • Teacher and caregiver rating scales

  • Diagnostic summary and feedback session

  • School and accommodation recommendations when appropriate

Accident Impact (Motor Vehicle) – Adults & Youth

Rate: $2,000

Additional hours billed at $150/hour if required

A comprehensive psychological assessment for individuals impacted by motor vehicle accidents, appropriate for legal, medical, and rehabilitation planning.

Includes approximately 8.5 hours:

  • 1.5-hour intake and clinical interview

  • Up to 3 hours of mental health, psychosocial, adaptive functioning, cognitive, pain, and coping assessment

  • 3 hours of scoring, collateral consultation, file review, and report writing

  • Full written psychological report

  • 1-hour results meeting

Comprehensive Psychological (Adults & Adolescents)

Rate: $1,500

Additional hours billed at $150/hour if required

A fully customized psychological evaluation tailored to diagnostic clarification, emotional functioning, personality, cognitive ability, trauma, or complex mental health presentations.

Includes approximately 10 hours:

  • 1.5-hour intake and clinical interview

  • Up to 4 hours of mental health, personality, cognitive, pain and coping, and psychosocial assessment

  • Free at home respondent forms and interview with collateral contacts included

  • Comprehensive written psychological assessment report

  • 1-hour results meeting

Child Psychological & Learning

Rate: $1,500

Additional hours billed at $150/hour if required

Designed to support children experiencing:

  • Learning challenges

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • Behavioural concerns

  • Developmental delays

  • School functioning issues

Includes:

  • Parent/caregiver intake

  • Developmental, behavioural, and emotional testing

  • Cognitive and academic screening

  • Teacher and school collaboration when permitted

  • Comprehensive written report

  • Parent feedback session with recommendations

Intelligence & Personality Testing (Youth & Adults)

Rate: $750

Additional hours billed at $150/hour if required

Ideal for self-discovery, vocational planning, giftedness evaluation, or personal development.

Includes approximately 5 hours:

  • 1-hour intake and mental health assessment

  • 1.5 hours of scoring and profile analysis

  • 2 hours of intelligence and personality testing

  • 30-minute results meeting with:

    • Point-form summary

    • Growth-oriented recommendations

    • Take-home respondent forms and collateral interviews included
