“Healing begins when we stop trying to control ourselves and start listening to what our mind and body have been trying to say.”

There’s a moment in healing when something inside you finally softens — when the pressure to “get it right” gives way to gentler curiosity about yourself. That’s the space I try to create in therapy. My approach is calm, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we explore the layers beneath the surface — not to fix you, but to understand you.

I often work with people navigating eating disorders, emotional eating, perfectionism, or the complex changes that can come with motherhood — times when your body, your identity, and your sense of belonging can feel in conflict. Many of the people I see are tired of trying to “manage” themselves into wellness. Therapy with me isn’t about control; it’s about connection — learning to listen to what your body, mind, and emotions have been trying to tell you all along.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the wellness world, supporting people through nutrition and lifestyle changes. That experience deepened my belief that healing is never just one thing — our mental, physical, and emotional worlds are deeply intertwined. When it feels supportive, I integrate gentle, holistic insights alongside therapeutic work so clients can nurture every part of their well-being.

In our sessions, you won’t find rigid homework or a checklist to complete. Instead, we slow down, notice what’s happening in real time, and work toward self-compassion through curiosity. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness, but I use them as flexible tools to meet you where you are.

My hope is that you leave therapy not with more rules to follow, but with a deeper sense of trust in yourself. I welcome new clients to book a free 20-minute consultation to see if the fit feels right.

Based in Calgary and offering virtual sessions across Alberta, BC, and Ontario, I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying - Ontario) and Certified Nutritional Practitioner — blending evidence-based therapy with a whole-person perspective that honours both mind and body.
