About the Role
As a Registered Psychologist at Lodestone, you’ll provide individual therapy to adult clients using your preferred modalities. You’ll be supported by full administrative systems, a calm and thoughtfully designed office space, and a collaborative, low-ego team culture. You’ll also have opportunities to grow your role and shape future services as the clinic evolves.Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based therapy to adult clients
Maintain timely, secure clinical documentation

About the Role
Supervising Psychologists at Lodestone play a key leadership role. In addition to providing therapy, you’ll supervise provisionals (when available), contribute to clinical development, and help shape the future of the practice. You'll have flexibility in how you structure your time and caseload, and bonus compensation for supervision responsibilities.Responsibilities
Provide supervision to provisional psychologists or practicum students
Maintain your own therapy caseload
Support team development through optional consults and mentorship
Model ethical, collaborative, values-driven leadership

You’ll be supported by a clear administrative system, a welcoming team, and a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming culture. Whether in-person or virtual, your work is fully supported.Responsibilities
Deliver individual therapy aligned with your scope and training
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in peer consults or team events (optional)
Contribute to a collaborative, client-centered environment

What You’ll Need
A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work
Registered or provisional status with CAP or another Alberta regulatory body
Confidence in independent practice, paired with openness to shared standards
A clear therapeutic lens and deep respect for client autonomy
Interest in long-term, collaborative work—not just filling hours
