Real care. Real flexibility.

A clinic that respects both.

We’re hiring compassionate, values-aligned clinicians in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Lodestone Psychology is an independent group practice grounded in collaborative, ethical, and neurodivergent-affirming care.

We believe good therapy happens when clinicians feel supported, trusted, and free to work in ways that align with their values. Whether you're working virtually or from our centrally located Calgary office, you’ll be part of a team that values clinical autonomy, transparency, and lifelong learning—without corporate pressure or micromanagement.

Current Opportunities

At this time, we are not accepting applications for new therapists, or practicum students.

What Sets Lodestone Apart

  • Competitive Compensation

Contractor roles are paid at above-average rates with full transparency—no unpaid hold blocks in your schedule.

  • Centrally Located Office

Our Calgary office is designed for comfort and calm, with bright windowed rooms, a welcoming lounge, a social kitchen with amenities, a group-friendly boardroom, and included Wi-Fi access.

  • Flexible Scheduling

You set your own hours—whether full-time, part-time, or custom blocks that support your lifestyle and capacity.

  • Admin and Marketing Support

We handle SEO, content, and referral outreach while supporting you with intake, billing, and scheduling —so you can focus on care, not the administrative details.

  • Dedicated Parking

On-site clinician parking included, with plenty of visitor parking for clients.

  • Collaborative, Values-Aligned Culture

We offer monthly check-ins, optional peer consultations, and a supportive, respectful team environment built on mutual trust.

  • Bonus for Supervisors

If you’re eligible and interested in providing supervision to provisional psychologists or students, we offer additional compensation.

Our Values

At Lodestone, our values shape everything — from how we show up for clients to how we treat each other as colleagues.

We believe in:

Ethical, Client-Centered Practice

We honour autonomy, professionalism, and individualized care over standardization or quotas.

Clinical Flexibility and Professional Trust

You’re trusted to work in ways that align with your training, capacity, and values — not squeezed into a single model.

Trauma-Informed, Neurodivergent-Affirming Care

We integrate trauma awareness and ND-affirming approaches into every layer of our practice — not as a specialty, but as a standard.

Inclusive, Low-Ego Culture

We show up as humans first. We value humility, curiosity, and mutual respect — in both consult rooms and team meetings.

What We Believe

We’re creating a practice that reflects how we want to work—and how we want to feel at work.

  • No productivity quotas

  • Practioner control over schedule

  • No corporate metrics disguised as wellness

  • Clear, ethical systems that support sustainable care

  • Therapy that meets people where they are

What You’ll Need

  • Registered or provisional status with CAP or another Alberta regulatory body

  • Confidence in independent practice, paired with openness to shared standards

  • A clear therapeutic lens and deep respect for client autonomy

  • Interest in long-term, collaborative work—not just filling hours
