Rachel Clare, MSW, RSW
Rachel has offered leadership coaching and supervision for over a decade. She takes a therapeutic approach to leadership, applying tools from counselling frameworks into coaching sessions. Many of her coaching clients come from social sector organizations that seek to implement best practices in supporting frontline workers in helping professions.
