    Tracy’s approach to therapy is grounded in compassion and focused on helping people manage depression, anxiety, and stress.

    With almost 30 years of experience in mental health, and a warm, empathetic style, she works collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight, improve self-esteem, and achieve lasting change in their lives. 

    Tracy’s practice includes focus on the effects and management of late diagnosed ADHD in women, an emphasis on Attachment Theory, and a desire to help clients develop meaningful connections within both traditional, and non-traditional (polyamory/ENM) relationship structures.
