Kaylee Garside, MA, Registered Psychologist

With nearly a decade of private practice experience, Kaylee Garside, MA, brings warmth and steadiness to her work as a Registered Psychologist in Calgary. Before opening her practice, she worked with diverse populations at the Calgary Counselling Centre and the Distress Centre. Today, she provides therapy for adults and adolescents (14+), along with supervision for Provisional Psychologists.

Kaylee supports clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, attachment challenges, life transitions, and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Many of the people who seek her out feel misaligned with themselves or unsure how to move forward. She helps them reconnect with what matters most so they can make choices that feel more authentic and sustainable.

Kaylee’s approach is collaborative and relational. She primarily uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based model focused on values-aligned action, while integrating an attachment-based, trauma-informed perspective. Sessions balance reflection with practical tools—always at a pace that respects the person in the room. Her tone is warm and human, and she welcomes humour where it helps.

Kaylee offers in-person sessions in Calgary and secure virtual care across Alberta. Standard sessions are 60 minutes. New clients are welcome to book a complimentary 15-minute consult to explore fit and next steps.

She also provides primary/secondary supervision for Provisional Psychologists.
