Jennifer Straub, RCSW
Jennifer Straub, RCSW, is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers, offering therapy for adults in Calgary and across Alberta.
She completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) and Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at the University of Calgary and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of British Columbia. She brings over 20 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in both Alberta Health Services and Regional Health.
Jennifer’s practice is trauma-informed and client-centered. She works collaboratively, tailoring evidence-based approaches to meet each person where they are. She creates a safe, inclusive environment where clients can explore challenges at their own pace.
With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, Jennifer brings a broad range of assessment and treatment skills to tailor care to each person’s needs. She especially enjoys working with adults navigating complex and developmental trauma.
Jennifer commonly supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, and stress, as well as those moving through major life transitions.
She offers in-person sessions in Calgary and secure virtual therapy across Alberta.
Sessions are available in 60- or 90-minute formats, and she provides a complimentary meet-and-greet consultation for those considering therapy.
