Karen Pipe, MSW, RSW
You might be someone others rely on, a steady, capable person who holds a lot together on the outside, while inside feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or unsure where you fit in your own life. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship strain, or a sense of losing connection to yourself.
I offer a calm, collaborative space where we can slow things down and make sense of what’s been building beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore patterns in how you relate to yourself and others, including the ways you may have learned to prioritize responsibility over your own needs. My approach is relational and practical—grounded in attachment, systems thinking, and evidence-based strategies to support emotional regulation and meaningful change.
In our work, you can expect a balance of reflection and forward movement. We’ll focus on building clarity, strengthening boundaries, and developing ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live. I aim to support you in feeling steadier, more confident, and more connected, both within yourself and in your relationships.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relational challenges. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, and responsive to your unique context.
