“Healing takes root where understanding and safety meet.”

When life has knocked you off balance, it can be hard to find your footing again. I work with adults who are navigating big transitions, grief, trauma, and the kind of stress that lingers in both body and mind. My focus is on helping you slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to feel safe in your own skin again.

In our work together, you’ll find a space that’s calm, non-judgmental, and genuinely curious about who you are—not just what you’ve been through. I believe therapy works best when it feels like collaboration rather than correction. My role is to listen deeply, help you connect the dots, and bring awareness to what’s within your control—while also recognizing the broader systems that shape your experience.

I often draw on mindfulness and sensory-based strategies to help the nervous system settle before diving into the deeper layers of work. Humour, compassion, and authenticity are constant companions in my sessions; I want you to feel grounded enough to explore the things that hurt and hopeful enough to imagine something different.

Before joining Lodestone, I spent over 20 years in Alberta’s public healthcare system, supporting individuals and families through complex mental health, trauma, and crisis work. I completed my Master and Bachelor of Social Work degrees at the University of Calgary and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of British Columbia. That experience continues to inform my belief that change happens when care feels both steady and human.
