“Healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about learning to be human with yourself.”
I’ve always been curious about how people heal, change, and grow through all stages of life, which has led me to discover a desire to support others through significant life changes, and traumatic events.
I am especially passionate about supporting women through the transitions that ask us to rediscover who we are — whether that’s navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or the changing identity that comes with motherhood, emerging adulthood, or other stages of life. I believe therapy should feel like an exhale — a space where you can show up as you are and be met with understanding instead of expectation.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices to help you explore what’s been weighing on you, safely and at your own pace. You’re the expert in your own life — my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your sense of balance and self-trust.
Along with my focus on perinatal mental health, and women’s wellbeing, I also support clients recovering from motor-vehicle accidents, helping them manage the emotional and physical effects of trauma, driving anxiety, and chronic pain.
I completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Alberta. I’m certified in EMDR and hold advanced training in perinatal mental health through the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Certificate program.
Clients often describe me as calm, genuine, and down-to-earth. My hope is that in our work together, you’ll find a steadier way forward — not because everything is fixed, but because you no longer have to face it alone.
