“You’re the expert in your own life — I’m here to walk beside you with compassion and curiosity.”
I’ve always been curious about how people heal — how our minds, bodies, and stories work together to help us adapt and grow through the hard parts of life. That curiosity eventually became a calling. I’ve always been the person people turn to when they need calm, understanding, and space to breathe, and turning that part of myself into my life’s work has felt deeply meaningful.
I’m passionate about supporting women through the transitions that ask us to rediscover who we are — whether that’s navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or the changing identity that can come with motherhood. I believe therapy should feel like an exhale — a space where you can show up as you are and be met with understanding instead of expectation.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices to help you explore what’s been weighing on you, safely and at your own pace. You’re the expert in your own life — my role is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your sense of balance and self-trust.
Alongside my focus on women’s wellbeing, I also support clients recovering from motor-vehicle accidents, helping them manage the emotional and physical effects of trauma with empathy and steadiness.
I completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Alberta. I’m certified in EMDR and hold advanced training in perinatal mental health through the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Certificate program.
Clients often describe me as calm, genuine, and down-to-earth. My hope is that in our work together, you’ll find a steadier way forward — not because everything is fixed, but because you no longer have to face it alone.
New clients are welcome to book a complimentary consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
